A Global Footprint Because I have managed cross-border workforce consulting projects such as recent organizational design work and have personally relocated my life and family across diverse regions, most recently moving from the Philippines to Dubai, I understand the real-world complexities of intercultural leadership. I know firsthand how to manage all the moving parts of a distributed global team, and what it actually takes to navigate a massive personal and professional pivot. Beyond the Work When I’m not digging into corporate strategy or coaching, I am usually focused on my own lifestyle balance. That looks like regular gym sessions to keep my energy up, checking out local markets and casual dining spots, or playing the role of logistics manager on family drives with my teenager.
