Existing Data Center Capacity: *100 MW* within UAE Sustainable Data Center(s) : Managing & Expanding world’s Largest Solar Powered Data Center PUE Enhancement and Multibillion $ Data Center Opex /Capex sustainable Projects. Geographical Opportunities Explored – UAE / Bahrain / Sydney / India Responsible for DC Projects/Operations including Colocation-Customer Management, DC modifications, Budgeting, Risk management , Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Critical Infrastructure, Vendor/ Capacity/Incidence Management and Metric Reporting to Leadership. . TCCF/ TCDD / LEED / IREC certified DC Projects . Work closely on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) aspects of the company. . Waste Management and CO2 Foot print reduction strategies . Responsible for New Data Center RFP, Tendering, BOQ analysis, consultant selection, vendor selection and tracking the project timelines as per Target delivery with respect to PIP. . Responsible for Management of Data Center contractors, sub contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures and Local Legislation. . Establish performance Benchmarks, conduct analyses and prepare reports on all DC aspects. . Audit Change Management requests and incident management Tickets for Data Center Facility teams. . Work closely with KAM (Key Account Managers) & SDM (Service Delivery managers) for ensuring customer onboarding and customer retention. . Work with DCO managers (IT) & other business leaders (Cabling Infrastructure, Projects Team, Construction Team), manage Capacity and and optimize Safety, performance, Reliability, sustainability and efficiency. . Lead DC business meetings with Team and Leadership . Hiring/Recruiting the DC Facility team . Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction. . Establish processes and policies relevant to DC Business. . Manage Manager’s across the region for ensuring routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems is delivered as per Best practices and within time such as : Generators, UPS, power distribution, Chillers, Cooling Towers, TST, HVAC system, Computer room Air handling units, BMS, pumps, Fire Fighting systems, SLDs, MEP, Tier, and ISO 55001,9001,14001 certifications renewal etc.
