This would include a mock personal interview session of 30 minutes post which there would be holistic feedback provided to the candidate. The interview would be curated to match the candidate profile and a proper analysis of strengths and weaknesses would be done.

Furthermore, the interview would include both HR as well as domain specific analysis of the candidate's performance.
