You're an amazing listener, I appreciate how you take the time to understand every detail of my problems. You've created a safe space for me to open up, and I feel heard and understood.

I have visited several psychologists in the past, but their responses often felt dismissive, with comments like, "Why do you think like that? You're better than that," or "Don't think that way; this isn't a problem at all." However, Somesh took the time to delve into my thoughts and emotions, making me feel genuinely understood for the first time. The questions she posed were unique and encouraged me to explore my own feelings, leading to important self-discoveries.

i should tell that, it was really really intense for me, every session there was activity or worksheets or some homework given, i had to sit and work through it (no i am not complaining haha). i had to think a lot and process things, but she never hurried things up. Somesh took the time to explain the purpose of each exercise, why we were engaging in it, and what we would be focusing on next. She had a clear outline for our work together, which she transparently shared with me at the start. I greatly admired Somesh's structured yet flexible approach, as it allowed me to process things at my own pace while still making steady progress. The combination of hands-on work and Somesh's clear communication made the intensity feel purposeful and productive.

Works really well for me. I could open up without any fear of judgement from day one. I could see real difference after few sessions. Would recommend it✨💯

I'm happy that I felt heard. With her guidance I started to accept myself and I learned to accept my every positive and negative side and trust myself. The self love I gained is something that I can be proud of myself.
