I am SDE-3 at Blinkit, India which is a Quick Commerce Startup in India, and leading a team of 7+ SDEs to drive the Consumer Tech here. Before this I have worked at Amazon for 4 Years where I have been leading a team of 9 SDEs and worked with various teams incl. Amazon Physical Stores, Transportation Finance Systems, Digital Devices and Sortation Services.
I have mentored 7 SDE Interns during my tenure as SDE and 5 of them got PPO and converted to Full time SDE. In addition to this, I have mentored 3+ SDE-1s and guided them for their promotion to SDE-2.
I have been actively taking interviews for last 2+years and have taken 100+ Technical and Behavioral interview rounds for Senior and Entry Level positions during my tenure at Amazon.
I have been a Yellow Coder at Topcoder and Candidate Master on Codeforces during my college times at NIT Kurukshetra.
