My focus has primarily been market and industry-led, essentially formulating strategies for export and trade initiatives. Market viability, localization, entry mechanism, and regulatory landscape are integral to any internationalization plan. Identifying business propositions from Flanders (Belgium) which has synergies with the evolving needs and gap in the Indian market is essential to my day-to-day activity. Having worked with both private and public sector organizations, I have been exposed to working with a cross-section of companies and sectors, in addition to being involved in several high-level government assignments.
