I am a product manager at 5paisa Capital Ltd, where I manage stock trading platform products such as corporate bonds, NCD IPOs, equity baskets, OFS, etc. as well as an internal CRM tool. I collaborate with multiple stakeholders, clients, vendors, marketing, and operations teams to execute tasks on both business and product fronts. I leverage my skills to optimize the performance and revenue growth of the products I manage. Before joining 5paisa, I worked with ICICI Lombard as a product manager for motor and health insurance products on the eCommerce channel. I also led a market and customer research project for building a wallet share maximization strategy for the CSC-eCommerce platform, I have an MBA degree from IIM Udaipur, with a major in sales and marketing and a minor in operations, and a B.Tech degree in biotechnology from NIT Allahabad. I aspire to create innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the value proposition and user experience of the products I work on.
