The intuitive of us often have a sense of how we'd like to approach things, but sometimes need a 'chiropractic' alignment of our disjointed thoughts and realizations. The rest of us sometimes require exploration and conversations to become aware of our needs and preferences. In both scenarios, a macro, first-principles approach helps make sense of the ambiguity. I received my MBA from Darden School of Business and was a Batten Scholar with a full tuition scholarship. Over the last 15 years, I have delved into a wide range of experiences, from entrepreneurship (a bootstrapped startup that got acquired), to management consulting, product management, strategy, innovation, and policy making. My interests have also led me to explore human behavior, psychology, design, art, photography, spirituality, and history. And through my lived experiences and travels to various geographies and cultures, I have come to appreciate diversity in thought processes/mental models and value systems. In my practice, I believe in leveraging this macro view afforded to me by my experiences, and bring in frameworks, tools, inspiration, and perspectives from different disciplines. Through this, i help you recognize the impact of aligning your life to your true self, discover and distill elements of yourself, design your north star and value system, and imagine and inspire a roadmap and next steps. All with the ultimate goal of bringing authenticity, alignment and balance and unlocking and capitalizing on your strengths. My value system and guiding principles as we engage are rooted in designing for the long term versus quick hacks, being rooted in basics, and challenging your current thought spectrum while empathizing with you.
