I have successfully increased the key performance indicators of my cohort, such as average customer spend, conversion rate, and customer feedback score, by implementing effective merchandising, promotion, and service strategies. I have a strong background in hospitality and retail, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from University of West London, and a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and International Hospitality Administration, respectively, from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and International Institute of Hotel Management. I also have certifications in Decision Making, Marketing Essentials, and Consumer Focus from Harvard Business School. I have worked in various front and back end operational roles in hotels, such as InterContinental Hotels Group and LUX*, and in retail, such as WakeFit, Shoppers Stop and Reliance Retail. I have gained expertise in luxury sales, process improvement, and customer relationship management, and have contributed to the growth and profitability of the organizations I have worked with.
