I am a Qualitative Researcher, a Service Designer and a Behavioral Scientist with an acute sense for anthropological data mining for human psychological understanding to develop sustaining experiences. With 10 years of work experience in Public Health, Aviation Systems, Rural Education within Migrant Populations, Poverty Alleviation, Agritech and Financial Services. My singular passion is to improve caregiving and servicing opportunities through acute behavioural understanding by creating tailored interactions/interventions between various stakeholders. Currently, I am a Senior Behavioral Research Consultant and at 1001 Stories. As a curious and intuition-driven learner, my approach starts with rigorous in-depth research, interacting with the community, understanding pain points, building empathy, and creating safe spaces to ease dialogue sharing to craft appropriate and required solutions. I strongly believe in understanding community and individual behavior patterns through various data triangulation methodologies to improve service delivery until the last mile.
