About me

A passionate and result-oriented professional with 6.5 years of rich experience in diverse industries of commercial aviation and construction. Currently, I am pursuing PGDM GM from XLRI Jamshedpur. As a graduate Mechanical engineer, I started my career in Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Pvt ltd, where I looked after execution, project management, quality assurance and commercial billing of MEP works. My job included client-facing along with leadership roles which I executed well in tandem with other dynamic stakeholders. Post this I joined Air India Engineering Services Ltd through the GATE Exam. In this company, I worked in several challenging yet exciting management roles such as reliability management, production planning, supply chain management, stakeholder management, and techno-commercial negotiation with several global suppliers for the repair and warranty of high-valued and fast-moving aircraft components. As a professional, I have always strived for excellence and efficiency with a positive and progressive bent of mind coupled with agile thinking and a lean approach. As a Management Executive, I would interpret critical and diverse business situations and make executable decisions from strategic, financial as well as sustainable points of view. I would lead a composite and cross-functional team to promote success and growth in the organization I work with. My latest experiences are:- 1. Managed supply chain and quality control of high-valued and fast-moving aircraft components of the Airbus A320 family. 2. Worked on Warranty Adjudication of aircraft components along with quotation negotiation and component exchanges with 32 global suppliers (OEMs and MROs). 3. Looked after procurement, purchase, and provisioning of spares and materials for in-house workshops and aircraft. 4. Worked at CAMO department, overseeing scheduled checks of Airbus A319- Aircrafts for quality compliance and analysis of reliability and monitored analysis of Engine performance report of CFM 56-5b engine for ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate). Achievements: 1. Solved several critical and pending cases and bottlenecks and gave cost-effective solutions. 2. Negotiated with foreign vendors to arrive at a competitive deal.
