Mentorship

Our mentorship for job assistance to unemployed people offers comprehensive support services to help individuals find gainful employment. We provide one-on-one guidance to our participants through goal-setting and action planning, teaching them how to effectively search for and apply to jobs. Through our program, participants have the chance to update their resume and cover letter, practice for and prepare a successful interview and gain access to all the resources they need to continue their job search. Our team of job search experts is available with assistance in every part of the job search process. Our mentorship program also offers job seekers the support of a mentor who can share knowledge, provide advice and coach them through each step of the job search process from start to finish. We help participants understand their career ambitions and build the skills and the confidence needed to find success in their job search.
