Please make sure you have filled out the form before your first session and emailed your consent via email ([email protected]) to me.

Please consider this as my formal consent for therapy and absolving Snigdha Mishra of all that happens in and after therapy. I am in therapy at will and no one else is responsible. And this shall be applicable across all jurisdictions in India and across the world.
