Hey, since you’re in the 'About Me,' here’s a little about myself. My name is Snigdha. I was born and brought up in Ranchi. In school, science and maths always interested me, which led me to take Science in Class 12. Despite good grades, I couldn’t make it to my dream college. I later switched to Agriculture, but soon realised that learning about plants wasn’t something I enjoyed. During college, I explored everything I could get my hands on — arts, acting, singing, internships, and courses across multiple disciplines. Those four years were about exploration and understanding what I truly liked. My inclination towards maths and understanding decisions through numbers eventually drew me to performance marketing. Over time, I realised that data is a contextualised footprint of what is actually happening and should be central to decision-making. It helps move beyond opinions and brings clarity. At the same time, I believe observation matters as much as data — noticing gaps, opportunities, and exploring areas where numbers don’t yet exist. Making sense of these unexplored spaces is what I find most interesting and rewarding. Currently, I work as Senior Executive - Performance and Retention marketing at Saadaa. Apart from this personally, I’ve explored many disciplines at different stages of life. From an early age, I was drawn to art, with notebooks filled with sketches. I also got trained in Kathak. I’ve learned music, I like to read books and have had opportunities to engage in sports like football and cricket.
