I have been blessed by the opprtunities to build some of the best technology products this world has seen: - The "Consumer App" at CARS24 which led to massive scale in the C2B segment achieveing ~100% boost in new leads (people interested in seling their cars to CARS24). The Consumer App has been downloaded more than 10 Million times on Android alone. - "Project Q" at CARS24 which aimed to reduce the long "Queues" at retail branches was one of the business and process optimisation masterpiece. This queue management & automatic car inspection allocation system saved ~7 mins per user to reach the retail branch, ~15 mins car inspection time per engineer & prevented branch overload during peak times by optimally re-distributing traffic to nearby branches (using Google Maps integration) - The prestigious "Mercedes-Benz S Class 2016" which as expected became a market leader in the segment of luxury cars. Along with an extremely talented team, I built OTX diagnostics foundation for this automobile. The OTX platform forms the base for safety, reliability & luxury for millions of units sold globally. - The Cab Hailing category at Tapzo which was proudly the first & probably the only profitable category till the company was acquired by Amazon India in 2018. Our most innovative product in 2017, "The Cab Scanner", which I conceptualised, built & launched increased cab allotment rate by ~20% & reduced cancellations by 9%. If you booked an Uber/Ola in India during 2017-18 peak hours & the booking API did all the retrying till you finally got a cab (keeping your fingers free from hitting the screen), that was Cab Scanner. More than 60K rides were booked on Tapzo every day. - The market leader in Trucking Business "Volvo Trucks" provided me the opportunity to work on one of the most complex ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of mining & heavy duty trucks. The PLBB (Programmable logics for Body Builder) is a magical component which enables a truck to transform into a cement mixer, heavy load lifter and serve many other applications.
