Data is what drives me. I have been a long-time enthusiast of big data and data analysis. Over the years, I’ve collaborated on projects involving technologies that support data filtering and organizing. Recently I am graduated with a Master’s degree in Data Science & Data Analytics from Pace University, New York. I also got my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with first class and distinction. I have around 7 years of work experience, which includes being a Senior Software Developer at Cognizant and a Software Developer at KPIT technology. I also worked for one year as a Data & Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology. My roles allowed me to apply my knowledge of data analysis, correlations, reporting, and testing through working on various kinds of projects. I have a clear and in-depth understanding of collecting social data (big data), databases, design & development of mobile applications (iOS, Android, & UWP), data warehousing (analysis & testing), and full database creation (database). I also have experience in creating value from data and delivering products. Some of the tools I’ve used frequently include Python, Azure, SQL, MySQL, Excel, C#, and more. Through both academic and work projects, I’ve proven my strong communication skills by facilitating presentations and collaborating with individuals externally and internally. I have hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau & Power Bl and programming languages like R & Python. I’m also resourceful, helpful, attentive, adaptable, and have a solid work ethic. My strongest functional skills are time management, teamwork, critical thinking, and delegation. In my free time, I like to travel and educate people. I also have a 'Never Give Up' attitude, which has kept me going through tough times both personally and professionally.
