When I joined my family business, I thought, “How hard could it be to work with my own dad?”

Well, let’s just say it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing.

From idea clashes and ego wars, to completely different working styles.

From dragging family matters into office, to carrying work stress back to the dinner table, this was not what I had pictured when I left my corporate job to build something meaningful with my dad.

The reality was messy.

There were days we weren’t on the same page about the smallest things; operations, decisions, even emails.

But over the last 5 years, we’ve faced our fair share of tricky moments, navigated more than a few storms, and somehow, learned how to run a business and protect our relationship at the same time.

And now, I finally feel ready to share what that journey has looked like.

Not just building a business but growing it with my dad.

So if you are someone who is working with a family member in your family business, and stuck between tradition and your own vision, let's chat. I am creating a community of next-gen entrepreneurs to help them figure out this journey. I know that it's rewarding and really hard. Been there, still navigating it.
