HealthTech is evolving so is its legal and compliance regime
About me
I didn't start my career as a lawyer.
I started as a microbiologist, studying the very organisms that end up at the centre of antimicrobial resistance crises, drug discovery and its legal implications, and healthcare regulation.
That scientific foundation changed how I practice law.
Today, I work at the intersection of Healthcare Law, Medical law & ethics consulting, and Data Protection in Healthcare, helping HealthTech startups, SaaS founders, and healthcare organisations navigate a legal & compliance landscape that moves as fast as the technology they're building.
▸ Medical law & Ethics Training for doctors, hospitals, and Paramedics, covering patient safety, medical negligence, tortious liability, consent frameworks and strengthening their data handling practices.
▸ Data Protection Compliance for HealthTech, SaaS & PaaS startups, structuring your DPDP Act readiness, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and data agreements before they become a regulatory problem.
▸ DPDP & Privacy Law Courses bespoke training programs, co-created or white-labelled, for law firms, corporates, universities, and founders.
I'm an Advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India and NCDRC, a US-Certified Home Health Coder (BCHH-C), a PGDMLE alumna of NLSIU Bangalore, and a former Legal & Compliance Consultant at CARPL.ai — one of India's leading AI radiology platforms.
That combination — science, law, data, and healthcare — is rare. And it matters when your startup is building products that deal with Patient autonomy and their most sensitive data.
