I am Sudhir, Engineering Leader with 27 years of experience, including 21 years in leadership roles at Intel and VMware, where I led global teams in delivering complex, impactful products. Known for building and scaling high-performing teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture, I have a proven track record in both people management and product leadership across diverse environments. In January 2024, I made the decision to retire early and focus on my passion for mentoring and career coaching. With extensive experience guiding professionals through career growth, I am now committed to sharing knowledge with students, undergraduates, and working professionals, helping them navigate their career paths and achieve their goals. Starting from September 2024, my focus is on empowering individuals to unlock their potential through coaching and mentorship.
