I’m a founder and partnerships leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling businesses across fintech, digital lending, and consumer platforms. Alongside my corporate journey, I am the Co-founder of Vacay Homes (with my husband)—a curated holiday home platform that we built from scratch and scaled from 0 to 40+ premium properties across key leisure destinations in India. I lead partnerships, operations, pricing, OTA integrations, and brand building, with a strong focus on guest experience and sustainable growth. Most recently, I served as VP – Partnerships at DotPe, where I led lender collaborations and strategic alliances, onboarding 30+ banks and NBFCs and launching new lending products to drive merchant acquisition and platform-led disbursals. Prior to this, I was Director – Co-lending Partnerships at Lendingkart Finance, where I built and scaled large co-lending programs with banks and NBFCs, driving ~₹700 Cr in business expansion and strengthening liquidity through diversified capital raising. I’m an ISB PGP graduate (Strategy & Marketing) and enjoy building tech-enabled businesses at the intersection of partnerships, strategy, and execution.
