I have been a certified, active listener on 7 Cups of Tea for 5+ years, been involved with their Content and Translation Teams in addition to being a Mentor in one of their Academy Programs- Content Development and Marketing in Mental Health. I am an avid mental health awareness advocate and love to talk about Psychology (especially positive psychology) and all things mental health! I love to write content, both creative and commercial, using best practices and Search Engine Optimization to generate web traffic! I have contributed a chapter for a gender studies book- 'Let's Talk Gender'. I graduated High School in July of 2021 with a 98.5% score and graduated with an 8.091 CGPA from Gargi College, Delhi University in a degree in English and Psychology!
