I've over 12+ years of experience across Trust and Safety in Content Moderation, Fraud prevention and across Retail E-Commerce and Agritech. As a Operations Program Manager, I coordinate with Engineering, Science and Automation teams to bring a product launch to execution on ground with Operations. My typical day involves 1) Keeping operations in loop of what's new and coming 2) Negotiating my P0s and P1s with Tech, Science and Program 3) Summarizing my day for all ;). It is no easy feat by any means and it is exactly what makes this job exciting. :)
