I am currently the VP of Engineering at NowFloats, a company that helps SMBs get online presence and discoverability through AI-powered platforms and integrations. At NowFloats, I partner with founders and peers to define, prioritize, and realize the product vision and roadmap, communicate the technology strategy to the team, partners, and investors, and manage the engineering team and contract development partners. I am also responsible for driving performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the engineering team, developing objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions, and creating technical roadmaps and features that yield a competitive advantage.
