Sivaraj Sethunamasivayam is a multi-faceted seasoned executive with many years of experience delivering high impact software projects in health and human services. He has a leadership style which has ensured client success and stickiness. Siv has the ability to straddle and innovate in multiple roles including those of client management, functional and architectural. He has played a leading role in the growth of the team from a handful of consultants to influencing millions of dollars of revenue for IBM Watson Health. In his most recent role at Cerner, as a Senior Director, he lead a large product delivery and management organisation tasked with building solutions which integrate Cerner's market leading EHR with various devices and systems, solutions which glean insights from the EHR to determine optimal clinical pathways and solutions which improve collaboration amongst care team members Prior to this, Siv spent a large portion of his career at IBM Watson Health working with some of IBM's largest Governmental clients and helping them build enterprise grade solutions on top of IBM Social Program Management (aka Curam) platform. Through these solutions, billions of dollars worth of social and health benefits continue to be delivered to the poor, needy and deserving citizens across the globe. This work has taken Siv to countries such as Germany, UK and Canada. He was leading IBM Watson Health's Product Services practice in Bangalore, leading a Global Cloud SWAT team tasked with transforming large monolithic deployments and was also leading client services in the APAC region. Siv has an Engineering Honours degree from BITS Pilani, is a certified Scrum Master and a certified AWS and Azure architect. He has a special interest in patenting and has multiple patents/publications primarily in the area of using AI to ease software development and management.
