Previously in Integrate, I have built Integrations to connect with CRMs, Marketing Automation platforms. Have spun up integrations to Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Freshworks etc. In Verizon, I excelled in the exciting realm of customer experience. As a Product Manager, I led a team in enhancing a major feature in the ‘Pre-Checkout’ space of Verizon buyer experience, resulting in a substantial revenue boost. At EMIS, I have contributed to the development of products that empower UK doctors to deliver healthcare anytime, anywhere. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in building integration with partner products, enabling successful data exchange within UK Healthcare ecosystem. My expertise lies in Product roadmapping, Product Strategy, requirement analysis, and user persona research. I excel in creating and maintaining product backlogs, refining them, and overseeing sprint board management.
