Siva Sankar is experienced in CSR Program Management, working across India's Health, Education, Livelihoods, and Rural Development verticals. He has been associated with Indian Development Sector and Social Enterprise space for the last six years since 2018. He founded a green e-commerce platform called "eveeco" to promote responsible consumption and sustainable products while creating employment for rural artisans. Eveeco was a semi-finalist at the "3M-CII Young Innovators Challenge Awards - 2020". He always believed education should be experiential and outcome-based, which led him to conceptualize and pilot an experiential learning module with rural engineering students to teach web designing, financial essentials, and introduction to entrepreneurship. He researched the Impacts of 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution) on the Indian ITES-BPO sector in 2019-2020. His research findings, such as online learning, work-from-home, hybrid work, increased gig economy participation, and linear org structures, have become a reality due to the new normal. His research interests include Higher Education, Social Entrepreneurship, Skilling, and Livelihood creation. He keeps himself updated with evolving topics of ESG and Tech for Good and is always up for creative collaborations, knowledge-filled discussions, focused work, cycling, trekking, dance, and bike rides. He considers motivating himself and others through his writings a gift and holds it dear.
