As the General Manager - Technology at Landmark Digital, I lead the scrum teams for various e-learning and e-commerce projects. With over 18 years of well-rounded experience in the software industry, I have successfully delivered high-quality solutions using agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies, across multiple domains such as capital markets, insurance, healthcare, logistics, and online entertainment. As Engineering Manager, I am responsible for driving Architecture review discussions, actively participate in release management, handlind scrum development team & ensuring that required KPIs are met. I strongly believe in consistency, patience and clear communication are key pillars for any team to flourish. I would love to automate things (would be interested to learn new things), made use of python, puppeteer, playwright, nodeJs etc I am passionate about enhancing the testing processes and methodologies, and empowering my teams with the latest tools and technologies. I am responsible for OmniChannel feature delivery and an active user of Azure Devops for scrum related activities. I have developed solid automation frameworks using Selenium, Calabash, and Cucumber, and I have obtained certifications in software testing, financial markets, and Git. I am also an active mentor and facilitator for technology, leadership, and domain-related trainings, and I have received the Bronze Star Facilitator Award from Capgemini. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to create value for Landmark Digital and its customers, and to contribute to the digital transformation of the Landmark Group.
