I strongly believe in De-stigmatising mental health issues and that the key to a Healthy body is a healthy mind. I live by the motto, "It's ok to not be ok" and making sure that it's a key in my treatment plan. My aim is to cultivate mindfulness, insight and a desire for personal growth in all areas of your life. The goal is not to simply reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, depression or any other symptoms, but to help you thrive in your personal and professional endeavours.
