As a Product Manager 1 at Carscan, an AI-enabled South African startup, I have been solving some of the biggest business and user pain points in the vehicle inspection sector, focusing on the South Africa and Botswana markets. In the past year, I have worked on multiple problem statements, such as converting the web app journeys into more user-friendly WhatsApp bot journeys, automating the onboarding processes, handling third-party integrations to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction, and creating an agile environment for the product team. Prior to joining Carscan, I completed my MBA from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University, and my BTech in Chemical Technology from the Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, two of the most prestigious institutions in India. I also gained valuable experience as a Product Management Intern at cARscan.AI, where I learned the basics of product development, user research, and data analysis. I am passionate about solving problems and creating value for customers and stakeholders, using my skills in backlog management, user story mapping, and agile development. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, such as Power BI, Excel, and visual storytelling, to enhance my product management capabilities.
