I don't come from a straight line career. And I don't think most people actually do. I have studied humanities, worked in People Operations and Talent Acquisition, moved through operations, Program and Vendor Management, and now sit inside a tech-heavy ecosystem that often forgets it's built on people. A lot of the conversations I end up having with friends, colleagues, juniors, sometimes seniors are not about "how do I crack XYZ", It has always been about why does this feel misaligned, what am I missing, why does everyone else seem to know something I don't. Even now I don't have all the answers, I didn't completed my masters hence I'm not a therapist, and I can't claim to guide people through emotional turbulence. What I can do is hold space for the thoughtful and grounded conversations about the subject at hand - whether it's a career decisions, a workplace dilemma, or a sense of feeling stuck or misaligned. My approach would be reflective, practical and context-aware. It's queer affirmative and neurodivergence aware, without labels or assumptions. Some sessions are structured, some unfold slowly, and both are okay. This is a learning space for me as well. I am offering these sessions with curiosity, care, and honesty, not certainty.
