Guidelines for Requesting Referrals

Please adhere to the following instructions when requesting a referral. Ensure that you do not request referrals for multiple companies in a single message.

Required Information (in the specified order):

1. Full Name
2. College Name and Year of Graduation
3. Degree (e.g., B.Tech, MBA, BBA, etc.)
4. Current Company, Designation, and Total Years of Work Experience
5. Resume: Upload your updated resume to Google Drive and share the link.
6. ATS Score: Check your resume's ATS score (available for free on jobscan.co).
7. Target Company and Role: Specify the company, job title, and include the Job ID or Job Description URL.
8. Interview Status: Mention if you are receiving interview calls for similar roles.

Important Notes:

• Referrals will only be provided if the referrer believes there is a high likelihood of interview success.
• Incomplete or inaccurate details will lead to immediate cancellation of your request.

Your Request Will Be Rejected If:

• You apply randomly to roles that do not align with your profile or the Job Description.
• All available referral slots have been filled.
• You fail to provide complete and accurate information as outlined above.

By following these guidelines, you increase the chances of a successful referral.
