I am a QA/SDET with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Centurion University of Technology and Management, and 7+ years of experience in leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software. I have extensive experience in testing web and mobile applications, using various testing methodologies, such as manual, automation, and accessibility testing. Currently, I work as a QA/SDET at Grab, one of the leading ride-hailing and digital payment platforms in Southeast Asia, where I manage the end-to-end testing process for multiple product releases, ensuring all test cases are executed and defects are tracked and resolved. I contribute to automation by using DevOps tools, such as Jenkin, Azure pipeline, Docker, and AWS, and programming languages, such as Java, Selenium, Restassured, and Go. I am responsible for product quality for mobile platforms (IOS and Android), and I consistently add new quality matrices to improve our current processes.
