"We've decided to move forward with other candidates." No reason. No feedback. You replay the round for a week and land nowhere. I've written those rejections. I know what's in the debrief that never reaches you.

How it works

You walk me through the round — what they asked, what you said, where it turned. I don't need it word for word. Then I tell you what the panel most likely scored you down on, and why. Most of the time it isn't what people think. It's rarely the answer being wrong. It's the first ninety seconds of a design problem. It's scale described with no numbers in it. It's "we" where they needed "I." It's a good answer to a question nobody asked.

What you leave with

The specific thing that's costing you, and what to do instead. Not a list of topics to revise.

Best used

Within a week or two of a rejection, while you still remember the round. Bring more than one if you've had a run of them — the pattern is usually the answer.

Not this

If you want to be told it was bad luck or a bad interviewer, book someone else. Sometimes it is. Usually it isn't.
