Most mock interviews end with "that was pretty good, work on your fundamentals." You leave with nothing you can act on. This isn't that.

What happens

45 minutes of a real round — system design, or the EM/behavioural round, your pick. I run it exactly as I'd run it at work: no hints unless you're stuck, no easing off, follow-ups until we hit the edge of what you know. Then 15 minutes where I break character and tell you what I saw.

What you get afterwards

A written scorecard, sent within 24 hours. Every competency scored — problem solving, depth, breadth, design, communication — on the same four bands a real panel uses: Does Not Meet, Partially Meets, Meets, Exceeds. For each one: what you did, what band it put you in, and the specific thing that would have moved you up. I've written 1500+ of these for real candidates. Yours is the same document, except you get to read it.

Who this is for

Engineers with 3+ years who are getting to the final rounds and losing. SDE2 → SDE3, senior engineer → EM, or anyone about to interview at a level they haven't held yet. **Who this isn't for** Anyone who wants encouragement. I'll tell you if you're not ready, and I'll tell you why.

Before we meet

Send your resume and the JD (or the company + level you're targeting) when you book. I'll pick the round that matches what you're actually walking into.
