I started my professional journey as a a software developer. Then, post MBA, moved to business side where I had exposure to healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce businesses. Amazon gave me the opportunity to marry tech and business in my role as a Program and Product Manager. In my current role, I am helping develop and improve the human-in-the-loop tools that 5000+ globally spread operations team use to take compliance decisions. The mission is to minimize the cognitive load of making decisions, thus improving efficiency and accuracy of decisions. I am excited by solving problems and learning new things or perspectives.
