Hi, I am Siddhartha. I have a MBA degree in Finance/Operations from XLRI Delhi-NCR and a B.E degree in Information Science and Engineering from RV College of Engineering. I am currently working in EXL Services as a Project Manager. Prior to my current role, I have 24 months of Industry experience working as a part of the Client Facing team of o9 solutions. My responsibilities included having an in-depth understanding of the Product offerings of the platform, gathering the Client requirements and realizing these requirements on the Platform. Through this experience, I gained vast technical knowledge of the product, a Functional understanding of the industry, and the ability to understand Client requirements and translate them into features/functions for the product. As a Product Management Intern at Walmart, I got the opportunity to work on a Digital E-Payments application. My responsibilities include Secondary research, analyzing customer data and gathering insights to design strategies in order to improve Customer Retention. Exploring digital products and understanding how specific features create value for the users is something that excites me. The area of Product Management is very vast and exciting, and I want to explore the nitty-gritty of developing and scaling products. An Avid Sports Fan, I play Basketball, Football and Volleyball amongst other sports. I have represented XLRI in multiple Inter B-school Tournaments.
