With a strong foundation built through my professional journey, I have developed expertise in handling complex legal and financial challenges. My experience includes working with one of the leading Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) in India, where I gained in-depth knowledge of distressed asset management and insolvency resolution. I have also interned with esteemed organizations like JSA where i have gained experience on Merger & Acquisitions, DSK Legal and prominent Insolvency Professionals, contributing to cases involving the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the Corporate Laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) ecosystem. Additionally, during my tenure at Mehta & Mehta Company Secretaries, I honed my skills in corporate compliance, secretarial audits, due diligence, and advisory for listed and unlisted companies.
