Research engineer in the field of computational fluid dynamics for thermal management of powertrain electrification systems, Thermal systems, comfort and driving assistance systems and transmission systems - e-machines and their electronic control units. Proficient in using commercial CFD codes Ansys FLUENT, Ansys ICEPAK, FloEFD and elementary Star CCM+ for the same.
Proficiencies:
1. Electro-thermal simulation of on board chargers, telematics modules, DC-DC convertors, electronic control units and camera assemblies using FloEFD. Material characteristics and heat flux prediction using the principles of Inverse Heat transfer by the use of T3ster Master
2. Conjugate heat transfer of electric machines and their electronics using Ansys FLUENT.
3. Steady state and transient rotodynamic simulation using multiple reference frames.
4. Strong theoretical foundation in mathematics, Fluid mechanics; and Heat and mass transfer.

1. Responsible for maintaining internal quality in the simulations being carried out.
2. Weekly audits conducted to ensure adherence to quality policy.
