I am a CFA Charterholder, FMVA designated, and did MBA in finance. I have over 11 years of experience in finance, valuation, and analysis. I worked at S&P, Resurgent, Deep Industries, E&Y and currently working at RKL LLP (a client of Staffing Global Network LLP) as a Senior Valuation Analyst. In my current role of working as a business valuation professional, I work on target company valuation (M&A), Private company valuation, Equity compensation valuation, and finance due diligence projects. I recently launched a book "Business Valuation: A Handy Guide for Beginners and Professionals".  The book is available on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. It is receiving good responses and feedback from readers from India as well as from overseas. I am an active volunteer of the CFA Society India and a member of the Public Awareness Committee (PAC) of the CFA Society India. I am also teaching financial modeling & business valuation and investment banking courses to CFA aspirants, CA, MBA, finance and commerce graduates, and experienced finance professionals.
