I work in elite sport, primarily around athlete management and building the systems that sit around athletes to help them perform and sustain long careers. I currently work with the Aditya Birla Group as part of a small founding team setting up a new sports vertical. While athlete management sits at the core of my role, the work goes much deeper than day-to-day support. I am involved in shaping how athletes are identified, onboarded, supported, tracked, and governed, while also contributing across everything required to build the vertical from scratch, from processes and policies to partners and execution. Before this, I have worked across foundations, federations, and professional clubs in India and the UK, including roles with GoSports Foundation, the Sports Authority of India, and multiple football organisations. Working across grassroots and elite sport has given me a practical understanding of what athletes actually need, and how organisations can support them without losing structure or integrity. I am most comfortable in roles where clarity needs to be built, whether that is around athlete support, programme design, or organisational decision-making. My focus is on doing sport well, in a way that is ethical, sustainable, and genuinely athlete-first.
