About me

As an AI/ML Product Manager at Cisco, I bring AI to Cloud Security Products like XDR, enabling customers to protect their data and networks from cyber threats. I joined Cisco after Armorblox, an AI email security startup, was acquired in July 2023. There, I spearheaded the product development life-cycle from start to finish, growing customer acquisition by 20% QoQ and reducing time to value by 95% for threat researchers and security engineers. The product features I owned contributed to 40% Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Some of these features included Abuse Mailbox Customizable Roles-Based Access Controls and the like. I have a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Engineering Management from Cornell University, where I learned how to apply engineering principles and analytical skills to solve complex business problems. I also have a strong background in Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity, having developed a security algorithm to protect IoT devices from roving malware and published two papers in top-tier IEEE journals. I have multiple certifications, patents, and honors in these domains, as well as experience in product marketing, agile methodology, and customer feedback. I am an active reviewer with IEEE IoT Journal. I am passionate about building innovative and impactful products that make a difference in the world. In this journey, I want to mentor people on topics like getting into product management, planning their Masters in US, experiences of a Masters in Engineering Management degree and how to build 0-1 products and scale them for millions of customers based on my experiences at Armorblox which led to a successful acquisition by Cisco.
