I am a passionate human being with ~9 years of professional work experience in product and consulting spaces. My journey towards managing products started way back in 2013 when I was working at TestFunda (an e-test prep firm now acquired by IMS) as a content developer. There I managed 2 of their features Puzzle of the week and question of the day which were mainly aimed at engaging students on the platform. Post that in ZS Associates I got a flavor of consulting - what it’s like talking to clients, figuring out their requirements and crafting solutions for them. I also worked on multiple analytics tools that helped me develop a good sense of how to analyse data. Adding to this I managed the content creation process for the Software Development Program (which was a product in itself) in UpGrad where I worked with multiple stakeholders, dabbled in e-learning content creation & also worked towards improving the product basis happiness metrics. All this helped me develop a good foundation to understand how to manage products & my product journey materialized in Aon where I was involved in: -Product Road mapping -Product Ownership -New Product Development Some of my achievements include: -Conceptualized, built & launched a product which helped increase the size of 2 major accounts by a significant margin -Facilitated modifications in a machine learning based product to align it with International markets -Conceptualized, built & launched 2 supporting products for an existing segment with the help of an APM -Introduced the metric driven approach for products I was managing -Built & launched a product which contributed a good chunk to the college side products revenue I also completed my PSM Certification in order to strengthen my understanding of Agile & Scrum. Post Aon I had a wonderful stint at Harappa Education as Associate Director - Product. Built the B2B product team ground up. My team built 2 LMS products to enable corporates and institutions train their employees on various soft skills using courses, live sessions, group sessions, etc. Also worked towards increasing engagement and modularisation of the LMS to benefit users and clients. Currently heading the the LMS/FLE product at Disprz working with a team of 25+ folks to strengthen and improve the product with a market size if 7+ billion USD.
