I/O Psychology Career Guidance

I grew up in India where kids are often nudged to take up engineering or medicine. But I chose an unconventional career path and it was not easy. I constantly had to explain to people around me why I chose Psychology and where that could lead me.

As I reflect on my experiences at a Big 4, the opportunity to learn and grow has been boundless. The high schooler in me that googled “best career options in Psychology” would not believe I’d be in for such a ride! “Addressing culture and behaviour related challenges in financial institutions” wasn’t something I ever dreamt of doing but here I am making an impact.

I always wished I had someone who guide me through this niche path and I want to be that person for aspiring I/O psychology professionals.
