My work focuses on conscious leadership — helping individuals and institutions recognize the inner contradictions that quietly shape their decisions, culture, and outcomes. I’ve spent over a decade in corporate leadership and learning roles, followed by a deliberate shift into coaching, authorship, and facilitation — not to escape systems, but to understand them more deeply. I design conversations that: surface blind spots challenge moral shortcuts and replace performance with presence I don’t teach leadership as a toolkit. I explore it as an inner discipline.
