With 15+ years across Deloitte, KPMG, and EY, I’ve worked with large global teams (3,000–5,000+ professionals), especially within US Taxation practices, managing workforce planning in complex, compliance-driven environments. More recently, through a talent consulting engagement, I supported a growing organization by: • Implementing HR systems (KEKA) • Building workforce planning dashboards • Designing productivity frameworks • Enabling 2.6x team scale-up (18 → 48 employees) I also work with startups, institutions, and advisory ecosystems, helping them: • Build HR policies and structures from scratch • Ensure labor law and governance alignment • Design scalable, transparent workforce systems • Support workforce planning for growth and public-sector alignment I’m deeply interested in how HR can support governance, inclusion, and sustainable workforce development, especially in contexts that require balancing compliance, scalability, and social impact. For me, HR is not just about policies—it’s about understanding people, systems, and the larger purpose they serve. Currently pursuing the CHRO Program at Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, I’m exploring AI in HR, change management, and the future of work.
