I've responded to over 50 genuine referral requests so far, but recently, I've started receiving a surge of spam messages. It appears that websites like freshersindia.in have been sharing this page, branding it as a source for "free referrals".

To discourage spam and ensure that only serious candidates reach out, I've added a nominal fee of ₹9. While I initially wanted to keep this process completely free, this step became necessary to filter out fake or non-serious queries.
