With 5 plus years of experience, I have been fortunate to gain exposure in many aspects of HR including but not limited to Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Recruitment Lifecycle and Training & Development. Currently I'm employed as Associate Manager - HR at RNF Technologies, where I'm taking care of assignments in the above-mentioned domains. Challenges excite me.
