My track record of leadership in process excellence, innovation strategy, operations planning, customer focus driving best in class cost savings projects, taking the site to deliver 98% business volumes by bringing expertise among people to manufacture quality products across ITC’s Perfume category including successful transition of French made perfumes to India. As Head of perfume plant operations my job involves working very closely with marketing team, supply planner, R&D and finance right from doing zero based budgeting of plant operations, ensuring process capabilities at optimum level to meet customer requirement, new product development, product quality, safety, conversion cost and value creation. My focus has been to develop robust manufacturing process to make right quality product at otif with safety and competitive cost to meet consumer requirements. This has been made possible by conceptualisation and flawless execution of consumer focused lean strategies through digital interventions and low cost automations. I am building expertise through data analytics and modelling to get the customer requirement fulfilled and understanding future dynamic for plant operations. Through my expertise at granular levels, I built the plant to operate at 91% efficiency, 96% fill rates and 99.84% on product quality compliance with competitive conversion cost budget. As a leader, my focus has been to ensure plant operations continuity and zero disruptions from ER and statutory compliances.
