I am a seasoned corporate sector professional, a POSH consultant and Trainer , a Speaker & Writer ,a practising Company Secretary, a peer reviewer of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a part-time examiner, and a full-time mother. I hold a B. Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, a postgraduate from Delhi University, and is a fellow member of the ICSI and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI). I have extensive experience of more than 30 years, including senior management positions across several leading organizations and, more recently, my own practice. I have been a regular contributor of thought papers and research articles to several professional and academic journals and newsletters, ranging from technical fields such as Artificial Intelligence, CSR, Cyber Security, Sustainability, Congenial Work Environment, Independent Directors, Start-up Challenges, GST, Environment, goodwill, leadership Skills, to advocating for greater visibility for women professionals. I have delivered POSH training to various educational institutions and corporates and have drafted their Sexual Harassment policies. In the last 3 years, I have conducted POSH training for more than 4,000 people across 10+ educational and professional institutions, as well as corporates. I am acting as a POSH Internal Committee member for various companies I am acting independent director and member of CSR Committee in a listed Company. I am acting as a Speaker on Various Topics in various seminars, Webinars and even in classroom setup. My first book on the Limited Insolvency Examination is an ode to my continuous inclination towards academics, and is bound to arm professionals with a resource that is sure to provide them a head start while preparing for the examination. I also acted as a member of the Women Empowerment Committee of the NIRC of ICSI for the year 2024. I will be coming up with my book on “CSR” (Corporate Social Responsibility) shortly.
