I began my career as a computer science engineer, but something was missing. I took time off to inquire within and explore my passions. During this time my passion for visionary leadership and bold entrepreneurship multiplied. I saw the impact leadership, innovation & entrepreneurship provides people and organisations to create desired futures. The new ways of working to develop people and teams in agile, customer centred, complex and rapidly changing environments drew me in. I explored the mindsets and behaviours central to creating deep trust as digital grows exponentially, and I haven't looked back.
